I'm learning more and more about myself, how I trade, why I trade the way I do.
When I look at my trading from a holistic perspective, I am mindful of how I take care of myself, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
I'm patient with myself in my trading journey.
I'm there 100% for myself even when I don't feel I have the support of others close to me.
I believe in myself and my abilities to improve my learning and practice.
I am a better trader, when I am a better person.
Self-discipline begins with me.
I'm building my self-discipline when follow my trading plan.
I'm disciplined to consistently follow my trades to understand, what worked, what didn't, and why.
I'm open to reassessing my current trading strategies honestly.
I can do what i know what I need to do, even when I don't feel like it.
I forgive myself, pick myself up, and start again.
I'm a more disciplined trader, starting today.
I'm aware of the kinds of limiting beliefs that are more harmful than helpful to me.
I'm eager to expose the limiting beliefs to the surface so I can come face to face with it, I'm not afraid of it.
It no longer has power over me because I can question it.
I'm building my mental skills now so that my mindset will be healthy and strong to withstand the ups and downs of trading.
I choose to exercise my power to undo the knots of self-doubt.
I take joy in knowing that the power to change my thoughts and squash those limiting beliefs that hold me back.
I can see and feel the positive changes in my life, one by one.
I take complete ownership and responsibility for where I am in my trading journey without judgement.
I give myself space and grace to make mistakes, so that I can learn and grow from it.
Having routines free up space in my mind to focus on other critical areas of trading.
I can confidently face the up and down moments of trading because risk management is incorporated in my process.
I'm aware and carefully monitor my feelings and emotions when I'm trading and making decisions on trades.
Shaping, building, and strengthening my mindset help to keep my emotions in-check and under control when I need it most.
I consistently show up, day in and day out, to do the things that needs to get done no matter how small to help move me forward.
